Bayesian Network Meta-Analysis Code and Curated Data for: Comparative Network Meta-Analysis of Immunotherapy and Targeted Agents for Glioblastoma Survival and Response
Abstract
This software record contains the custom R scripts and curated study-level tables used to reproduce the revised Bayesian network meta-analysis reported in “Comparative Network Meta-Analysis of Immunotherapy and Targeted Agents for Glioblastoma Survival and Response.” The workflow applies revised eligibility rules and treatment-node mapping, fits Bayesian random-effects network models for overall survival and progression-free survival, summarizes objective response rate descriptively, and generates reproducible tables and analysis outputs. Statistical analyses were performed in R using gemtc interfaced with JAGS.
