This systematic review examined experimental immune-cell therapies for pediatric brain tumors, combining preclinical animal studies with early clinical evidence. Animal studies reported antitumor activity for several targets, while small clinical programs reported some tumor regressions, stable disease, and treatment-related side effects that varied by delivery route. The findings are preliminary and do not establish a routine treatment for patients.
