The chromosomal genome sequence of a peltospirid gastropod, Rhynchopelta concentrica McLean, 1989 (Neomphalida: Peltospiridae) and its associated microbial metagenome sequences
Abstract
<ns5:p> We present a genome assembly from a specimen of <ns5:italic>Rhynchopelta concentrica</ns5:italic> (peltospirid gastropod; Mollusca; Gastropoda; Neomphalida; Peltospiridae). The genome sequence has a total length of 716.07 megabases. Most of the assembly (92.08%) is scaffolded into 15 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.75 kilobases. From the metagenome data, we recovered nine bins, of which four were high-quality MAGs. </ns5:p>
