Data and analysis code for "Peripheral immune biomarkers in bipolar disorder: a pathway-focused systematic review and meta-analysis of the Th17 axis"

Open access0 citations

Abstract

Complete data and analysis package for a systematic review and meta-analysis of peripheral immune biomarkers in bipolar disorder, focused on the interleukin-23/T-helper-17 axis (PROSPERO CRD420261434475). The deposit contains the extraction layer (one row per reported group statistic, with source table, page and verbatim string), the derived analysis dataset (450 study-by-biomarker rows from 25 studies), the R and Python code that produces every reported value, the 19 result tables, and the five submitted figures. Running the documented execution order regenerates the 17 pooled random-effects estimates, their prediction intervals, the leave-one-out and publication-bias analyses, the 116 subgroup contrasts, the 25 meta-regressions and all figures. Group statistics recovered from published figures for three studies are flagged throughout and a parallel analysis excluding them is included. Data are released under CC BY 4.0 and code under the MIT licence; no full texts of the included primary studies are redistributed.
