Untargeted fecal metabolomics of C57BL/6 mice after time-restricted feeding and Prevotella intermedia administration

Abstract

C57BL/6 mice underwent a 14-day time-restricted feeding (TRF) regimen with a feeding window from 10:00 to 18:00. During the intervention, mice received oral gavage with Prevotella intermedia suspension on days 0, 1, 2, 5, 8, and 11-13. On day 14, fecal samples were collected and subjected to untargeted metabolomic analysis to investigate metabolic alterations associated with TRF and bacterial administration.
