A.R.E.S. Geological Vortex Anomalies: Large-Magnitude Volcanic Risk, the 0.218-Hz Resonance Hypothesis, and a Falsification-First Research Framework
Abstract
A.R.E.S. Scientific Boundary Note / Hypothesis Framework v0.1-ZENODO-RC3. This independently authored technical note converts a project architecture briefing on large-magnitude volcanic risk, low-frequency resonance, Model D regime states, lunar/tidal modulation, and volcanic-ash electrification into a source-audited, falsification-first research programme. The candidate frequency 0.218 Hz is retained as a fixed testable hypothesis and is not declared a universal geophysical constant. It lies within a broad low-frequency reservoir-resonance domain discussed in the literature, which motivates testing but does not validate the candidate value. Current official monitoring snapshots are separated from project labels, speculative intervention concepts are placed behind a closed safety gate, and prior A.R.E.S. / Model-D Zenodo records are used only to document provenance and methodological continuity, not as independent evidence. The proposed sequence is passive observation, preregistration, cross-volcano holdout replication, environmental/tidal discrimination, and benign laboratory analogue testing. No active volcanic stimulation is proposed. Scientific status: hypothesis and methodological research framework; not peer-reviewed validation or institutional endorsement.
