This version uploaded on 2026-September-7th contains stochastic character mapping (SCM) realizations (trait: Migration) for CYP4B1 and CYP4V2. For each gene, 50 SCMs were generated. The branch_site_model_Migration_codeml.zip contains two folders (4B1 and 4V2). Each of these contains two sub-folders, "trees" and "runs". The "trees" folder contains stochastic character mapped (for migration) trimmed trees (includes only those species which possess that gene). The "runs" folder contains codeml branch-site analysis for every SCM.
