16S rRNA sequencing of fecal samples after time-restricted feeding in mice

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of time-restricted feeding (TRF) on gut microbiota composition in mice. Fecal samples were collected after two weeks of TRF intervention and subjected to 16S rRNA gene sequencing to analyze microbial diversity and community structure.
