Abstract
This concept paper presents a preventative, early-stage approach targeting reproductive stem cells (Spermatogonial Stem Cells/Oogonia) prior to puberty to mitigate monogenic neurodevelopmental traits. The framework integrates targeted lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) carrying base editors with a biomimetic, soft-robotic hydraulic micro-probe designed to navigate delicate reproductive tracts safely.
