Continuous Healthspan Intelligence

Abstract

Continuous Healthspan Intelligence (CHI) is a proposed framework for integrating longitudinal health observations, bounded specialist AI agents, governed scientific evidence, explicit uncertainty, deterministic deliberation, and safe product translation. The framework is designed to move beyond episodic “snapshot” interpretation toward continuously updated personal health intelligence without collapsing heterogeneous domains into a global health score. The article describes the conceptual architecture and a synthetic demonstrator built with five longitudinal HERO profiles, advanced biomarkers, repeated microbiome samples, dynamic multi-agent routing, governed evidence, Scientific Board deliberation, next-information actions, and a bounded Healthspan Coach. The demonstrator establishes software, contract, and methods integrity only; it does not constitute clinical validation. The paper also proposes a staged pathway toward fit-for-purpose longitudinal health digital twins based on real-world validation, verification, validation, and uncertainty quantification (VVUQ).
