Abstract
This project contains sequencing datasets generated to characterize antibody repertoire responses in SARS-CoV-2-immunized mouse models. The dataset includes 10x Genomics single-cell V(D)J sequencing of antigen-specific memory B cells isolated from V(D)J-humanized and wild-type mice after ancestral Wuhan-Hu-1 mRNA priming and Omicron BA.5 mRNA boosting, as well as HTGTS-Rep-seq data used to quantify immunoglobulin heavy-chain V gene usage in naive B cells from wild-type and IGHV3-53 knock-in mice. These data support analysis of germline-encoded antibody responses and their contribution to SARS-CoV-2 immune imprinting.
