Hattrick against Lymphoma with Trispecific CAR T Cells

Abstract

Vasu and colleagues report one of the first clinical evaluations of rapidly manufactured trispecific chimeric antigen receptor T cells targeting CD19, CD20, and CD22. The lymphoma efficacy signal and favorable observed safety profile support further investigation, whereas the correlative analyses suggest that baseline T-cell fitness and early post-infusion functional states may remain important determinants of outcome.
