Treatment Timing, Metabolic Modulation, and Bifurcation-Proximity Control in a Coupled Tumor–Immune–Drug Model

Abstract

This record represents version 1.0.0 of the calibrated computational model. The calibrated drug-input amplitude is explicitly specified as I_amp = 0.45 to maintain synchronization between the computational implementation and the manuscript. The model remains in the subcritical regime with Lambda(t) < 1.0 throughout the reported treatment trajectory. Accordingly, the study does not claim tumor eradication or extinction as a simulated outcome. Its central result is the contraction of the tumor-persistent equilibrium through bifurcation proximity. The term "Bifurcation-Proximity Control" denotes a model-derived dynamical interpretation introduced in this work. It is not presented as an established clinical treatment principle. All findings are computational and model-dependent.
