Version 2.0 – Revised and Expanded Manuscript This revised version of The Psychoanalytic Criminal System (PCS) substantially expands the original framework by introducing a more comprehensive recursive model for the psychoanalytic understanding of criminal behavior. The manuscript further integrates concepts from classical and contemporary psychoanalysis, forensic psychology, criminology, and personality theory into a unified theoretical system. Compared with the previous version, this manuscript presents a refined conceptual structure, clearer theoretical definitions, additional scholarly references, and improved academic organization. It also elaborates on the recursive dynamics of criminal development and proposes a more systematic framework for understanding the interaction between unconscious conflict, personality organization, environmental influences, and behavioral expression. PCS is proposed as a theoretical framework intended to stimulate interdisciplinary discussion and future empirical investigation. This version represents an intermediate stage in the continuing development of the model, and further theoretical refinement and empirical validation are planned in subsequent versions.
