Abstract

This supplementary material accompanies the empirical study entitled "Development and Preliminary Evaluation of the Compassionate Leadership in Supervision Scale (CLS-S): A Mixed-Methods Study among Mental Health Professionals". Technical Appendix E, Supplementary File E presents the CLS-S introductory workshop materials used during the study. The workshop introduced the conceptual foundations of compassionate leadership in supervision, familiarised participants with the purpose and administration of the CLS-S, and provided opportunities to practise completing the questionnaire before routine data collection commenced.
