(Short Paper06) Differentiation of Plants and Animals and the Coexisting Natural Circulation Model in the In Vivo Analog Quantum Synchronizer (Bio-QPU) Paradigm: MEP and a Se lective Decoherence Network Accompanied by Global Phase Noise Rejection and Wave Protection
Abstract
This short paper redefines the divergence into the plant and animal kingdoms from the Last Universal Common Ancestor (LUCA), overcoming the metaphor that regards life as a “computer” computing specific algorithms, from the perspective of the “in vivo analog quantum synchronizer (phase synchronizer: Bio-QPU)” theory. This model formulates the coexistence relationship between plants and animals—traditionally interpreted in ecology as trophic levels or the mutual complementation of respiration and photosynthesis—as a “global-scale quantum resonance hardware (31P nuclear spin memory) circulation system” and a “functional division of labor to phase-lock with the environmental waves of the universe,” proposing it as a verifiable hypothesis. The complementary bipolarization between a distributed foundation (plants) that converts and supplies inorganic phosphorus into organic quantum elements, and a centralized node (animals) that consumes them to execute “selective decoherence”—which turns “decoherence,” an error in artificial computers, into a function via the chemical intervention of the Glial OS, granulating only necessary dimensions and protecting rich background information as waves—can be interpreted as an optimization process that overcomes fatal phase noise at room temperature and sustains the Earth’s ecosystem as a massive resonator in accordance with the Maximum Entropy Production (MEP) principle.
