Technical Appendix J_Table J1: Cross-Case Synthesis of Themes, Patterns of Meaning and Illustrative Evidence
Abstract
This supplementary material accompanies the empirical study entitled "Development and Preliminary Evaluation of the Compassionate Leadership in Supervision Scale (CLS-S): A Mixed-Methods Study among Mental Health Professionals". Technical Appendix J, Table J1 presents the cross-case synthesis developed to support the reflexive thematic analysis of participants' experiences of using the Compassionate Leadership in Supervision Scale (CLS-S) as part of routine supervision. The table summarises the themes and sub-themes generated through analysis of interview data and post-evaluation open-text responses, alongside patterns of shared meaning, variation and divergence across participants. It provides illustrative evidence supporting each theme and sub-theme and documents the cross-case analytic breadth underlying the qualitative findings reported in the manuscript. This supplementary material represents an analytic synthesis rather than an exhaustive account of all coded data or participant responses.
