Abstract

This repository contains the source data, analysis-ready datasets, trophic annotations and R code associated with the manuscript “The hidden trophic architecture of marine protist turnover across ocean depths.” It includes data from the Bay of Bengal, western Pacific Ocean and Tara Oceans used for the analyses and figure reproduction.
