The impact of Lactobacillus rhamnosus OF44 on the gut microbiota of a rat model with allergic rhinitis

Abstract

An allergic rhinitis rat model was established using ovalbumin, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus OF44 was orally administered to investigate its alleviating effect on rhinitis. Metagenomic sequencing was used to explore the therapeutic mechanism based on changes in gut microbiota structure and function.
