NASUP past president letter to membership

Abstract

Purpose The article highlights the experience of the former president of the National Association for School-University Partnerships (NASUP). Design/methodology/approach The article is written in an epistolary, narrative style. Findings Due to the nature of the piece, there are no research findings. However, the article features the insights of former National Association for Professional Development Schools (NAPDS) and NASUP President, Marcy Keifer Kennedy. Marcy discusses the value of her presidency and shares insights into the past, present and future of the organization. Originality/value The article draws additional attention to the exemplary leadership of the organization's second decade and may inspire others to seek leadership roles within NASUP.
