Source-Moment Constraints on Lattice Matter–Field Dynamics
Abstract
Can the interaction between matter and light be determined before fitting an atomic energy? In a specified lattice contact family, prepared energy measurements determine the contact fractions and, once a frequency ratio fixes the field shape, all three positive coupling ratios. Returning a particle to its starting site can leave its field changed; the energy moments retain this distinction. The initial division of energy between photons and the Coulomb field also distinguishes interactions: on the same canonical field and starting state, the unweighted contact gives a ratio of two, while a reciprocal contact gives strictly more than two and adds source-energy fluctuations. The unweighted model's recovered parameters imply positive binding and a nonzero probability for a specified photon event, with explicit error bounds on the full photon field. Physical application requires identifying the source, clock and field with the system being studied.
