Untargeted fecal metabolomics of C57BL/6 mice after 14-day time-restricted feeding

Abstract

C57BL/6 mice were subjected to a 14-day time-restricted feeding (TRF) regimen with a feeding window from 10:00 to 18:00. At the end of the intervention, fecal samples were collected and analyzed using untargeted metabolomics to profile metabolic alterations associated with TRF.
