Abstract

This archival preprint is Appendix A of the complete PADA‑V2 (Photoperiod‑Adenosine‑Desensitization‑Aging) hypothesis system. It contains retrospective N‑of‑1 observational records covering five successive physiological episodes from 2001 to 2023. The document records progressive changes of sleep status, receptor desensitization process, light‑exposure intervention, drug intervention and related physiological‑mental observations. This material serves as the primary observational basis for the PADA‑V2 mechanistic framework. It strictly distinguishes level‑0 empirical facts, multi‑level inferences and hypothetical constructs. This is only personal retrospective documentation and does not prove causal molecular conclusions. Extreme sleep‑deprivation behaviour carries severe health risks and must not be replicated.
