NnABI4 DAP-seq

Abstract

Using the in vitro protein expression technology, the transcription factor NnABI4 with a label was expressed. Then, it was combined with the genomic DNA library in vitro to further separate all the DNA that bound to the transcription factor. Subsequently, high-throughput sequencing technology was employed to identify the binding sites of NnABI4.
