Integrated infrastructure encompasses a wide range of factors, including transportation networks, public amenities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, community centers, and social services that collectively contribute to the liveability and attractiveness of neighborhoods. The Delphi survey was conducted in the National Capital Region of Delhi to verify the variables' applicability to the research. The author conducted two surveys involving 34 experts on an e-Delphi platform to consolidate their opinions towards the importance of infrastructure facilities in residential property. This study seeks to identify and prioritize the key indicators and variables related to integrated infrastructure that influence residential property values by engaging a diverse panel of experts. The information gathered from this survey was used to check the reliability of the variables and finalize the variables and indicators of this study with the help of Cronbach’s analysis. The findings of the Delphi analysis will provide the final variables and indicators that need to be used further in the studies of satisfaction of infrastructure facilities around residential properties in NCR Delhi.
