The Spatial Designation Model: A Minimal Structural Draft on Cause-Side Irreversibility (v1.0)
Open access0 citations
Abstract
This draft introduces the Spatial Designation Model as a minimal structural description of cause-side irreversibility within generative systems. Spatial designation is defined as a one-directional update of the structural space, producing irreversible transitions, terminal structures, and undefined-state regions. Unlike thermodynamic irreversibility, which emerges from coarse-grained statistical behavior, spatial designation generates irreversibility at the structural level, prior to physical time, entropy, or dynamical equations. This document provides a conceptual foundation for later mathematical formalization.
