Abstract

This dataset comprises soil microbial metagenomic sequencing data collected from the campus of Shanghai High School. The study focuses on the ecological impact of vegetation heterogeneity on soil microbiomes. Samples were obtained from three distinct vegetation zones: lawns (turfgrass), shrubs, and deciduous trees.
