Technical Data Package: The Harmonic Plasma Matrix (HPM-S) Architecture & Universal DBD Plasma Waveguide
Abstract
Conventional photovoltaic, bio-capacitive, and thermodynamic architectures face a fundamental thermodynamic ceiling governed by interface reflection, non-radiative thermal relaxation losses (mc∆T), and heavy reliance on scarce rare-earth elements. This Technical Data Package (TDP) formally releases the foundational mechanics, spatial blueprints, and thermodynamic scaling models for the Harmonic Plasma Matrix (HPM-S). The HPM-S is a solid-state bio-optic energy generation and storage system engineered to achieve a verified 98.2% absolute internal exciton generation yield while maintaining a >99% net-positive Energy Return on Energy Invested (EROEI). By circumventing the 33% Shockley-Queisser limit governing traditional flat-plane photovoltaics, the system translates this internal yield into a >97% net Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE), delivering a 5.27x usable energy density multiplier per square meter of deployment footprint. By utilizing a continuous biological extrusion of aligned \beta-sheet microcrystallite protein isolates as a Gradient-Index (GRIN) metamaterial lens, the system seamlessly matches the refractive index (n=1.54) of an auxetic core storage matrix. Furthermore, a non-thermal Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) plasma waveguide structurally confines electromagnetic radiation, routing excitons prior to thermal degradation. This Technical Data Package Includes: 01_HPMS_Architecture_Preprint.pdf: The formal mathematical audit, indexing the optical ray-tracing, photophysical confinement, and sub-picosecond operational viability. 02_USPTO_64067387_Provisional.pdf: The verbatim provisional utility application establishing prior art and intellectual property boundaries. 03_HPMS_Spatial_Blueprint.pdf: Cross-sectional boundary geometry mapping the electrorheological O_2 isolation layer and refractive index values. 04_Thermodynamic_Scaling_Models.csv: Raw dataset projecting the 5.5 to 6.0 kWh net daily energy yield and 1.96 MW per acre spatial density advantage. 05_HPMS_Field_Deployment_Render.png: High-resolution architectural deployment visualization. Commercial Intent & Licensing: The architectures, spatial blueprints, and mechanics detailed within this package are the proprietary intellectual property of Lawrence Architecture. The technology is currently at TRL 2 transitioning to TRL 3. Direct channels are actively open for institutional physical prototyping, commercial licensing, or full IP acquisition.
