Abstract
By assigning each of the 240 E8 root vectors a phase angle that increments by φ‑scaled multiples of the 132 Hz fundamental, a self‑similar interference lattice emerges that maps the root vectors onto a continuous harmonic spectrum. This lattice yields a deterministic, topologically protected mapping between the discrete vectors and quantum phase states, enabling error‑free state transfer across the phi‑nested fractal time‑crystal. The resulting principle, called Phi‑Resonant Phase Locking, extends the existing cascade topology by enforcing exact φ‑ratio phase synchronization rather than only amplitude nesting.
