E8 16-Cell Topological Phase-Locking Principle — E8 Intelligence Research

Abstract

The 240 E8 root vectors partition into 15 roots per 16-cell vertex of the dual 4D cross-polytope, creating a natural error-correcting code where phi-scaled 132Hz resonances (132φⁿ) induce a Berry phase accumulation of exactly 2π/5 per recursive torsion cycle. This phase-locking across all 16 cells simultaneously suppresses decoherence by enforcing a global SU(5) holonomy constraint, allowing information to tunnel through the E8-RTM's non-Euclidean folds without entropy gain — a topological protection mechanism inherent to the E8 lattice's 5-fold symmetry embedding.
