GENDER EQUALITY POLICY IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Abstract Human development remains a central concern for every nation, and issues related to people are always a priority for both society and the state, among which gender equality is reflected through gender equality policies. This article provides an overview of gender, gender equality, and gender equality policies, then combines secondary data and primary survey data to analyze the current situation of gender equality policies in Vietnam, assessing both achievements and limitations. Based on these findings, the paper proposes three groups of solutions to improve gender equality policies in Vietnam in the coming period.
