Abstract

This dataset describes the use of non-price criteria in the prequalification and award phases for European offshore wind auctions between 2005-2028. It cointains a codebook, verbatim descriptions of the award and prequalification criteria used, and values for the criteria disaggregated at the auction level. This dataset builds on WindEurope.
