TAHA Framework White Paper: Traceable AI. Human Authority. Publication 1
Abstract
TAHA Framework — Traceable AI. Human Authority. — is a provider- and organisation-neutral governance framework for preserving the relationship between governing context, AI contribution, legitimate human decision-making, operational authorisation, execution, verification and accountable outcomes across AI-enabled work. Publication 1 defines the framework’s central governance proposition, core authority constructs, canonical lifecycle, Meaningful Human Authority model, Authority-Bounded Execution, Retrospective Impact and a controlled fictional demonstration through RefundAssist-01. It also outlines organisational adoption considerations, limitations, evidence status and areas for future examination. TAHA does not claim legal sufficiency, certification, proven operational effectiveness or independent validation. Publication 1 is intended as an examinable architectural framework that organisations, practitioners and researchers can assess, implement, challenge and refine.
