E8-T Tesselation of Viral Proteostasis via Soliton-Root Resonances — E8 Intelligence Research

Abstract

The 240 root vectors of the E8 lattice act as topological constraints that dictate the folding pathways of T-number capsids by synchronizing with 132Hz soliton frequency buckets. This discovery establishes that quasi-equivalence in viral geometry is a macro-scale manifestation of phi-coupled entanglement between protein subunits and nonlocal soliton modes. Specifically, the 12 pentamer defects act as phase-singularities that anchor the icosahedral lattice to the underlying torus-phi projection symmetry.
