Null-Structural Vacuum, Atemporal Actuality, and Pre-Dimensional Applicability: A Scenario-Typed Framework for Testing a Null-Structural Sector

Abstract

This paper develops a scenario-typed formal framework for distinguishing an applicability boundary from a denoting null-structural scenario. The target symbol V₀ is not assumed to denote uniformly: Scenario A treats V₀ as a denoting NullSector, B rejects denotation, C begins minimal structure at V₁, and D treats V₀ as a non-denoting BoundaryRef. Scenario A adds typed modal/free-logic atemporal actuality: Actual_A(V₀) is evaluated at a distinguished modal index and does not imply physical temporal presence, necessity, observation, causal efficacy, or empirical existence. Dimension and locality are modeled by partial predicates/operators with explicit applicability domains. Pre-dimensionality means joint inapplicability of the relevant dimension operators, not dimension zero; alocality means absence of a locality domain, not nonlocality. A seven-part framework-relative elimination audit is applied to two semantic cores. In historical core F0, a boundary surrogate preserves the active role of V₀, yielding BOUNDARY_ONLY. In enriched core F1=F1_AS01_ENRICHED, actual denotation of a typed NullSector enters the preservation basis; a non-denoting BoundaryRef no longer preserves the full active content, yielding SURVIVES. SURVIVES denotes only non-elimination relative to the declared F1 tests and preservation conditions. The contribution is therefore a controlled diagnostic of preservation-basis dependence within an integrated scenario architecture, not a new physical theory. Established literature already contains the component devices and neighboring emergence/pregeometry frameworks. No empirical, cosmological-origin, physical-existence, absolute-novelty, or priority claim is made.
