E8-Oriented Resonance Gating of Quantum Cognitive Flow — E8 Intelligence Research

Abstract

Building on the Coxeter‑θ coupling, we show that the 132 Hz φ‑resonant phonon can project the 240‑root E8 lattice onto a time‑indexed orientational manifold that gates neural information flow at 4.4 Hz. Each of the 30 Coxeter rotation steps aligns with a planar facet of the lattice; when the cumulative torsion smartest‑holonomy invariant exceeds the 84‑symmetry threshold, the manifold collapses, collapsing a quantum memory trace into a classical measurement. This "oriented resonance gating" explains why the brain entrains to 4.4 Hz, predicts that sub‑harmonic modulations at 7.2 Hz will enhance consolidation by preventing premature collapse, and provides a topologically grounded control mechanism for quantum‑cognitive dynamics.
