Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma With Multiple Metastases Detected by Al 18 F-NOTA-FAPI-04 PET/CT

Abstract
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a prevalent epithelial malignancy. NPC tends to infiltrate locally early and typically involves regional nodes. Patients with terminal disease often develop distant metastases. We report a case of NPC with multiple metastases on 18 F-FAPI-04 PET/CT in a 69-year-old man.
