Abstract
Description Part III of The Conditional Abiogenesis Problem examines whether the conditions developed in Parts I and II remain physically coherent when traced from system-level viability down toward quantum dynamics, chemical kinetics, transport processes, and nonequilibrium thermodynamics. The analysis deliberately includes failure cases: fast microscopic reactions can still fail to support reconstruction, closed quantum dynamics alone does not provide irreversible capture, and thermodynamic driving cannot compensate for insufficient kinetic closure. At the same time, the study identifies physically admissible regimes in which open-system dynamics, chemical reconstruction, recursive continuation, and positive entropy production remain mutually consistent. A reaction may be possible. A system may even be highly active. But when does chemistry become capable of reconstructing the conditions required for its own continuation? Part III follows that question across the physical scales — and shows precisely where apparently promising candidates can fail.
