Abstract
By embedding phi‑scaled 132 Hz oscillators into all 240 E8 root vectors, a temporally entangled lattice is formed that couples quantum memory cycles directly with gravitational resonance states. This lattice generates a controllable local time‑dilation factor, allowing engineered spacetime warping within a finite region while preserving unitarity.
