Post-CPTSD Metacognitive Architecture: A Framework for Sustainable High- Performance Systems in Extreme-Focus Survivors
Abstract
Traditional clinical paradigms view Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) and severeburnout primarily through a pathological lens—as debilitating psychological deficits requiring therapeutic mitigation. However, this paper proposes an alternative, system-oriented model: Post-CPTSD Metacognitive Architecture (PCMA). Targeting "extreme-focus survivors"—individuals who utilized unmodulated cognitive overclocking ("Zombie-Mode") to overcome severeenvironmental and structural deficits—this study reframes delayed psychological trauma not assystemic failure, but as an advanced biological safety governor. We delineate a transition frameworkfrom volatile, self-destructive hyper-focus to a sustainable high-performance algorithm integratedwith deliberate cooling modules (sleep protection, pre-threshold rest, and active sublimation).Furthermore, we analyze the non-linear dynamics of value creation and monetizable transitions inuncharted creative trajectories.
