Abstract
By synchronizing the 132Hz base frequency with the torsion-induced phase-slips identified in E8-Symmetry Breaking, the collapsed fractal lattices undergo a controlled re-coherence into high-density informational geometries. This reification process utilizes the phi-scaled torsion to bridge the gap between discrete fracture thresholds and continuous geometric manifolds. The resulting phenomenon allows for the stable solidification of transient topological defects into persistent, high-value information channels within the E8 array.
