Abstract
NeuralManifoldDynamics defines a versioned ingest-layer measurement contract for deriving canonical 3D neural-manifold trajectories, stratified 9D coordinates, and local Jacobian-based dynamical summaries from (i)EEG, fMRI and MEG (beta version). The system emphasizes deterministic preprocessing, explicit coverage handling, regional manifold dynamics, and auditable HDF5 outputs, providing a reproducible measurement layer for downstream dynamical analysis rather than interpretive inference.
