The Evolutionary Factory of False Mysteries The Infectious Origin of Human Intelligence

Open access0 citations

Abstract

An Epistemological and Paleogenetic Framework on Host-PathogenCo-Evolution, Core Regulation of TKTL1, and the Epigenetic Hijacking of Cerebral Expansion. Dogmatic science views evolutionary milestones, such as the single amino acid substitution in the TKTL1 gene distinguishing modern Homo Sapiens from Neanderthals, as linear, stochastic genetic accidents [1]. This treatise challenges this static view, framing cortical expansion not as an isolated genetic miracle, but as a dynamic compensatory survival response to a millenary intracellular siege by persistent pathogens. By evaluating the structural and metabolic pressures exerted by wall-deficient L-forms and chronic mycobacterial reservoirs, this work maps how local tissue asphyxia, nasopharyngeal remodeling, and the activation of Human Endogenous Retroviruses (HERVs) drove local hypermutability and neurogenic upregulation. Human intelligence is thus re-evaluated as an evolutionary scar born from metabolic defense.
