Abstract

This thesis presents a unified computational framework for modeling complex systems, bridging fundamental physics, structural chemistry, cellular biology, and artificial intelligence within a single formal architecture: the V3 Architecture. The central hypothesis is that each layer of complexity emerges from the preceding one according to a strict logical continuity: · Physics provides the foundation: fundamental laws and thermodynamics. · Chemistry is its configuration: molecular interactions and kinetics. · Biology is its organization: living systems and homeostasis under invariant constraints. · Intelligence and Consciousness are its derivations: formal computing systems and deterministic inference. The V3 Architecture rests on four universal invariants—discovered and measured, not arbitrarily chosen:
