Holomedicina and Holonic Epistemology: The Health History and Holography Questionnaire (FHH) as an Epigenetic Instrument for Exposome Integration in AI-Supported Precision Medicine - A Case Report with External Genomic Pipeline Validation

Open access0 citations

Abstract

This preprint presents a two-layer architecture for AI-supported precision medicine, demonstrated through a case report (ASES-2307-002). Layer 1 uses the open-source ClawBio pipeline for reproducible genotype reporting, externally validated through four rounds of peer review (PR #133). Layer 2 introduces the FHH (Health History and Holography Questionnaire), an 8-dimension holonic instrument that operationalizes the exposome for clinical integration. Six pharmacogenomic misclassifications were identified and corrected through systematic raw data revalidation. The architecture is grounded in holonic epistemology (Holomedicina, Carmona Aguirre, 2014). Target journal: Journal of Personalized Medicine (MDPI).
