The Ontological Foundations of H3QM: Emergent Particle Hierarchy from Topological Vacuum Phonons
Abstract
Modern theoretical physics suffers from the "Background Fallacy," assuming an absolute vacuum container in which particles interact. We present the Ontological Foundations of the Harmonic 3D Quantum Manifold (H3QM), establishing a relational space where tension precedes the vacuum (□²Ω = -κ T_topo). By introducing the Existential Stability Principle and 3D Kakeya Fourier Restriction (Hong Wang, 2026 Fields Medal), we prove that cosmic survival against linear dissipation necessitates closed geometric curvature (∮ ∇P · dl = 2πn). Combined with random tensor damping (Yu Deng, 2026 Fields Medal) and L1 Topological Attention Residuals (Chen et al., 2026), this establishes a unified four-tier particle energy hierarchy based purely on 3D geometry:1. Chaotic Baseline (Phonons): The continuous unknotted vacuum medium and gravitational/thermal background.2. Derived Directional (Photons): Propagating open helical wave trajectories.3. Medium-Energy Stable (Electrons): Localized closed torus knots endowed with rest mass.4. High-Energy Core (Protons): Constructed as 3-strand Y-junction topological vortex knots carrying the quantized central winding invariant B = n = 1. Decisively, this geometric ontology is validated by two landmark experimental pillars:(i) BESIII Collaboration (PRL 2024): Observation of the X(2370) glueball (M_pred = 2375.00 MeV) as a pure 0-quark vacuum vortex ring.(ii) USTC / STAR Collaboration (RHIC 2024, arXiv:2408.15441): Discovery of baryon number transport significantly exceeding electric charge (B/ΔQ ≫ 1), experimentally proving that the baryon knot core is topologically protected and decoupled from peripheral valence quark charges. Furthermore, H3QM saturates the IEEE 754 float32 mantissa limit ((2⁻³)⁸ = 2⁻²⁴ ≈ 5.96 × 10⁻⁷) at step 8, while achieving Exact 0 residual under simulated fixed-point integer sign arithmetic—eliminating the qualitative boundary between fermions and bosons.
