Cognitive Biology: Differentiation Clocks, Organ Formation and the MLP

Abstract

Using the NCA+LLM formalism, this paper constructs a generalised vertebrate body with limbs, faithfully following the Vm calculated from the genome, including organs and cell differentiation cascades. The Hox colinear clock is shown to be applicable. The equivalence of Turing's reaction diffusion systems to a reaction head plus a stable diffusion network is demonstrated.
