Empirical validation protocols, and statistical results supporting the **ResonoTime Gauge Theory of Regulatory States** and its associated **Phase Invariants Family** (Geodesic Energy, Topological Persistence, and Phase-Flow Entropy). ### Overview The ResonoTime framework models physiological regulatory states as trajectories on Symmetric Positive Definite ($SPD(N)$) phase covariance manifolds. This repository hosts the confirmatory validation audit verifying the stability, sensitivity, and mathematical boundaries of these invariants across five diverse biological domains (comprising electroencephalography, electrocardiography, wearable accelerometry, and neuromotor kinematics).
