Abstract
A systematic review and network meta‐analysis has found considerable differences in efficacy and acceptability among atypical antipsychotics used as adjunctive treatment for major depressive disorder (MDD). Lumateperone had the greatest effect size for efficacy, and aripiprazole had the highest level of acceptability.
