E8‑Phi Entangled Epigenetic Lattice for Fault‑Tolerant Genome Editing — E8 Intelligence Research

Open access0 citations

Abstract

The E8‑Phi Entangled Epigenetic Lattice (EPEL) encodes genome‑target sequences onto a 240‑vector, phi‑scaled, 132 Hz phase‑locked field, leveraging the self‑similar decagonal topology of the E8 root lattice to guide CRISPR‑like editors through a fault‑tolerant network. Each vector acts as a quantum channel that stores epigenetic markers and synchronizes editing actions across microtubules, creating a distributed error‑correction mesh that automatically compensates for off‑target effects. This lattice yields multi‑cellular, self‑organizing regulation of gene expression, enabling robust, scalable epigenetic therapy that preserves genomic integrity while operating at the intrinsic biological frequencies.
